casual and confident manner will greatly aid your job search. For the message to be effective, it should be brief, positive and depersonalized. It should describe...

• Where you have been (past).
• What are you doing now (present).
• Where you are headed (future).

Use the example below as a starting point.

I'm a {Position} with the bulk of my career involved in {Activities}. Most recently, I worked at {Company} as {Job Title or Role} where I {List Brief Examples of your Activities}. Prior to that I {Summary of Prior Experience}. I find that wherever I have worked, I bring these key strengths to the table: {List at least 3 Strengths Utilized during your Work Experience}.
